Sem lançamentos essa semana, mas por uma boa razão - o documentário do I Sinewave Festival está finalmente pronto! Dirigido por Sacha Leite Ferreira, o filme tem vinte minutos e contém entrevistas e trechos de shows de bandas como Duelectrum, s.o.m.a., Gray Strawberries, Hoping To Collide With, A Sea of Leaves, Herod Layne e Macaco Bong. Uma ótima oportunidade pra relembrar (ou conhecer) como foi a primeira edição, e já prever como será a segunda - aguardem novidades para o final de novembro!

No new release this week, but for a special reason - I Sinewave Festival Movie is finally ready! Directed by Sacha Leite Ferreira, the movie is twenty minutes long, and brings interviews and live excerpts from bands like Duelectrum, s.o.m.a., Gray Strawberries, Hoping To Collide With, A Sea of Leaves, Herod Layne and Macaco Bong. A great opportunity to see how it was like, and also preview how the second issue will be - stay tuned for end of november!

Here are songs presented in the festival - new songs by Duelectrum, s.o.m.a. and Hoping To Collide With, one recently released by A Sea of Leaves, one classic by Gray Strawberries, one classic mixed with incidental covers by Herod Layne, and one noise epic by Macaco Bong. Dessa vez selecionamos as sete bandas que vão tocar no I Sinewave Festival, mega-evento de comemoração de um ano de selo e 10 mil downloads. Um mês de espera e finalmente um novo podcast no ar. Dessa vez a Sinewave vai até Perdizes em São Paulo tomar uma cerveja com o pessoal do Macaco Bong e do Fossil. Conversamos durante mais de uma hora sobre tudo - post-rock, música instrumental no Brasil, cenário independente, artista = pedreiro, Fora do Eixo, Cubo Card, Mallu Magalhães, Meshuggah. Na parte musical, além dos próprios Macaco Bong e Fossil, tocamos dois lançamentos da Sinewave - o projeto experimental We Are Sheep Among Wolves de São Paulo (SP) e o post-metal do Black Sea de Curitiba (PR) -, além de duas faixas escolhidas pelas bandas entrevistadas - Battles e Berg Sans Nipple.
