Encontrando um mix curioso entre caos e relaxamento, o Sobre a Máquina, idealizado por Cadu T., investe em beats hipnóticos e timbres bem cuidados num trabalho meticuloso, aliando o minimalismo familiar de suas melodias à complexidade de sons inspirados no desgaste e repetição do dia-a-dia de uma metrópole.

O trio se deu como formado com a entrada de Emygdio C. e Ricardo G. em meados de 2010. Decompor, primeiro disco, lançado ainda em 2010, angariou elogios em diversos canais de mídia alternativos.

Em julho de 2011 o grupo lança o segundo album, Areia. Um novo passo que continua a preservar o simples em meio à complexidade proposta por influências extremas que estão entre o early-industrial e o free-jazz com a ilustre participação do sax tenor de Alexander Zhemchuzhnikov.

Finding a curious mix between chaos and chilling, Sobre a Máquina, idealized by Cadu T., bets on trippy beats and beautifully crafted timbres in a meticulous work, bringing together the well-known minimalism of their melodies and the complexity of the everyday big city worn out sound.

The trio started along with Emygdio C. and Ricardo G. around 2010. Decompor – the first album, released in 2010, granted compliments on a lot of alternative medias.

In july 2011 the band releases their second album titled Areia, a new step that preserves the simple in between the complexity filled with extreme influences which goes from early-industrial to free-jazz, with the featuring of Alex Z. playing the tenor saxophone.
